History
The company is named after its Chairman and founder Sri M. Ramakrishna Reddy who had started operations as an individual and later converted the business into a partnership firm in the name of M/s.M.Ramakrishna Reddy.
His son Sri.M.Raghunadha Reddy joined hands with him as the managing partner, and this association led the organization to scale greater heights.
Gradually it became a force to reckon with, and the increase in business volume made it imperative to convert the partnership firm into a private limited company.
Hence all assets and liabilities were transferred to the new company, which was registered in April 2006, in the name and style of M/s.MRKR Constructions Pvt. Ltd.

Chairman: Sri Meda Raghunadha Reddy
Meda Raghunadha Reddy is the founder of MRKR Constructions and Industries. He is responsible for all the merits and growth that MRKR has witnessed in the last 30 years. Being the core policy maker, it is his vision and dream that has inspired the MRKR team to strive for and only for the best.
Sri Madhusudan Reddy Meda
Director has been with MRKR Constructions and Industries for the past 15 years and is in charge of managing projects in the field. He is responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time. He also looks after supply chain management.
Rohit Reddy Meda
Rohit Reddy is a Whole-time Director at MRKR. He has proven to be a valuable asset at a very young age as he continuously and very actively engages in both on-field and management decisions. He is responsible for the residential projects and the new upcoming field projects. His dynamic decisions along with the senior management have contributed to MRKRs residential success.
Sri Narasimha Reddy Vontimitta
Director is in charge of purchase and maintenance and his work purview includes purchasing vehicles, machinery, spares, and maintenance of the mechanical department. He maintains good relations with major machinery manufacturers as well as service engineers.
Sri Sucharitha Meda
Director has been with MRKR Constructions and Industries for the past 20 years and plays a vital role in key management decisions.
Sri Venkatram Reddy Meda
Director is in charge of managing the work in the field. He is responsible for the work carried out by the subcontractors as well as quality control and other relevant matters.

Projects and Financials
We have executed a range of projects for the Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka Governments. Our current projects include 10 major Irrigation projects under the AMR project, the Telugu Ganga project, and AVR HNSS Phase II Project.
We have been awarded a contract for the Eastern main canal under Pula Subbaiah Veligonda Project at a value of Rs.1135.00 crores from the Irrigation and CAD department, Govt of A.P.
The Current projects under execution as on August 2009 are given in a separate statement.
The total agreement value of the projects in progress is Rs.1018 Crores.
We have also taken up competitive bidding development work on 3 acres of land at Rajahmundry from South Central Railway on a 60 years lease agreement. We plan to construct a shopping mall cum multiplex at a total cost of Rs.60 Crores.
